Working on my 1st Zumba fitness warm-up routine

I have been attending Zumba Fitness class since they came to Singapore in 2007.  Zumba Fitness uses mainly Latin music and the routines are easy-to-follow.  It is an effective way to lose your calories and most importantly, it adds a lot of fun to exercising. I have grown to love it so much over the years that I attended the Zumba instructor course in December 2012!
